Booking Procedures, General Terms & Conditions
Herein lie the general terms and conditions, along with the intricacies of our booking process. In specific cases, these conditions may undergo modification contingent upon the selected package, with such alterations being communicated within the proposal document. For bookings made through TopBaliGolf (topbaligolf.com), it is presumed that the client has perused and accepted the terms and conditions that govern these reservations.
Booking Process:
Upon approval of the proposal, the client is required to convey their confirmation via email to contact@topbaligolf.com. This confirmation should be accompanied by the following essential details:
- Confirmed tour dates.
- Full particulars of all travelers, precisely as indicated in their passports.
- Preferred tee times.
- Payment mode (Online Payment or Bank Transfer), and the client’s preference regarding a consolidated invoice for the entire group or individual invoices for each guest.
- Any additional special remarks.
Armed with this information, TopBaliGolf will assess service availability, secure the required reservations, and respond with an invoice. This invoice will detail precise payment terms and cancellation policies. Upon receipt of the stipulated payment, TopBaliGolf will confirm all bookings and furnish confirmation vouchers.
Please note that bookings will only be considered confirmed upon payment receipt. Any unpaid bookings will be automatically released after the payment due date.
General Terms & Conditions:
- The client bears the responsibility of determining their visa requirements for the trip and obtaining one if necessary. Upon request, TopBaliGolf, as a tour organizer, will extend assistance by providing any required documentation for visa applications.
- The quotations presented by TopBaliGolf are subject to change.
- During the initial inquiry and proposal phase, no bookings are confirmed, and all services are contingent upon availability at the time of confirmation.
- Due to the complex nature of tailor-made itineraries, TopBaliGolf does not initially verify accommodation or tee time availability when planning the trip.
- In the event that suggested courses and hotels are unavailable, suitable alternatives will be presented for the client’s approval. Please be aware that the price may fluctuate based on the provided alternatives.
- The provided itinerary is tentative, and scheduling adjustments may be necessitated to accommodate tee time availability and other factors. Any modifications to the itinerary will require a fresh quotation.
- Many golf courses impose handicap certificate requirements for player access. Clients and golfers are strongly advised to carry their handicap certificates at all times. Some courses may also impose a minimum handicap requirement and reserve the right to deny access if this requirement is not met.
- Golf attire and footwear stipulations enforced by the golf course must be adhered to, whether on the course or within the clubhouse.
- Clients are solely accountable for any damage or loss inflicted on properties such as hotels, golf courses, vehicles, etc. The client is expected to settle the damage amount directly, either to the supplier or to TopBaliGolf, depending on the circumstances. Additionally, clients are responsible for their behavior and adherence to the rules and regulations of golf clubs, hotels, and other service providers.
- Golf clubs retain the right to assign additional golfers to vacant slots in flights without prior notification to golfers who have already booked tee times, both during weekdays and weekends.
- Golfers are expected to maintain a reasonable pace of play, and in cases of persistent slow play, course rangers may request golfers to advance to the next hole or, in severe cases, remove them from the course if they repeatedly cause delays to others.
- The rain check policy is subject to the discretion and rules of the golf club, applicable on both weekdays and weekends (including public holidays).
- Tee times provided for single or twosome golfers, whether on weekdays or weekends, serve as indicators, as golf courses reserve the right to pair them with other golfers to optimize course pace as per the course policy or other considerations.
Travel Insurance:
Before proceeding with payment, clients are strongly advised to consider purchasing travel insurance for each traveler within the package.
Quality of Service:
TopBaliGolf assumes no responsibility for the quality and availability of services provided by golf courses and other suppliers.
Liability:
- TopBaliGolf, its partners, agents, employees, directors, officers, representatives, shareholders, host golf clubs, and other suppliers of goods and services disclaim all liability for any claims for damages related to death, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from the use of the services provided.
- Neither partners nor clients shall hold TopBaliGolf responsible or liable for actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges, and expenses incurred due to changes or cancellations of services.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change until final payments are received.
Unavoidable Circumstances:
- TopBaliGolf shall not be considered liable or in default in the organization of the tour due to force majeure events such as declared war, hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemies, rebellion, terrorism, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, civil war, riots, strikes, or natural disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons, tsunamis, volcanic activities, virus outbreaks, medical emergencies, etc.
- TopBaliGolf shall not be considered liable or in default in the organization of services due to situations like flight delays, incessant rain, and other adverse conditions beyond TopBaliGolf’s control.
