For FIT bookings, any cancellation must be advised 48 hours prior to play. Any cancellation received one day prior to play will be charged 50% of the total golf rate per person, while 100% cancellation fee will be charged for every no-show player. - Group Player (13 pax onwards):
For group bookings, any cancellations received between 30 days of play will be charged 25% of the total group per person. Any cancellation received between 14 days of play will be charged 50% of the total group per person. Any cancellation received one day of play or no show will be charged 100% of the total amount per person, including F&B arrangement. - All cancellations must be received in writing.
To ensure a pleasant golfing experience for all players, please adhere to the following rules:
- Men must wear a golf shirt with collar, golf Bermudas or trousers, and rubber spiked golf shoes with socks.
- Women must wear proper women’s golfing attire and rubber spiked golf shoes with socks.
- T-shirts, jeans, metal spiked shoes, and sport shoes are not allowed on the course.
- Each player must have their own set of clubs, and sharing clubs is not permitted.
- Golf carts should only be driven on the cart path, and drivers must be at least 16 years old.
- Players who take a rest between holes may lose their playing priority.
- Please observe golf rules and etiquette at all times to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.
- At Bukit Pandawa Golf, only food and beverages bought from the club are allowed to be consumed on the course or in the clubhouse. Any food or drinks brought in from outside will incur a corkage fee of Rp.150,000 net per person.
- In addition, the club offers various F&B arrangements, including a la carte and set menus, which can be customized to meet specific requests. It’s advised to make advance bookings for F&B arrangements.
